    The S183 automatically adjusts to clean any carpet type and the state-of-the-art polymer brush roll provides full width, edge-to-edge cleaning. Unique side brushes help clean along baseboards, furniture and mouldings.

Smooth Floor Switch

    A switch allows you to turn off the moving brush roll so that you can use the vacuum on hard wood floors and other smooth surfaces without damaging their surface. This allows you to quickly change from one floor type to another.

Rubber Wheels

Unlike plastic wheels on inexpensive vacuums, the rubber wheels on the Miele uprights will not scratch or make marks on hardwood floors.
